I earned my undergraduate degree in elementary education, also earning a TESOL endorsement. I've also earned a bachelor's degree in language, literacy, and sociocultural studies. I'm licensed as an elementary level and middle school level teacher. I have 11 years of experience as a teacher, and also five years of experience tutoring math and reading. I enjoy helping students understand subjects and become confident in their abilities. Currently I am taking courses to become certified as an educational diagnostician. I can tutor elementary level math, reading, ESL, English, reading comprehension, test preparation, and more. In my free time, I like to hang out with my family, read, hike, exercise, and tend my garden. I also enjoy animals.
